We can only allocate a maximum of one /27 subnet, or an equivalent number of IP addresses with /28 or /29 subnets, per server.
IPv6 Subnet
In addition to the main IPv4 address, all servers also have a /64 IPv6 subnet.
For clients who received their servers before February 2013 this subnet can be ordered (for free) via the Admin Panel, and will be automatically activated.RIPE Guidelines
IPs are only allocated if they conform to RIPE guidelines. This means we require a valid technical reason for why the IPs are needed.
Reverse DNS
You can set the reverse DNS (PTR) record for your IP(s) in the Admin Panel, through raising a ticket.
